In the history of Chanhen, the largest investment in the technical transformation of capacity expansion project was officially launched, and Chanhen ushered in an era of rapid development. In May, Chanhen passed the FAMI-QS system certification. In November, the project of "production technology of feed grade MCP by combining hot and wet concentration and purification of wet-process phosphoric acid" won the third prize of Guizhou Science and Technology Progress Award, and it also won the second prize of Guizhou Excellent New Product and New Technology in December.

The capacity expansion project was successfully put into operation; Chanhen built the only 150kt/a hemi-hydrate wet wet-process phosphoric acid device in China. The one-step production technology of MCP was successfully applied; the annual output of phosphate exceeded 400,000 tons. In the same year, the company launched a new Monoammonium Phosphate, which quickly entered the field of fertilizer and fire protection, which marked the success of products structure adjustment .

"Chanphos" trademark won the title of "Guizhou Famous Trademark"; Monoammonium Phosphate replaced feed grade DCP as one of the company's main products.

In October Chanhen was designated as one of the key high-tech enterprises in the National Torch Program. Chanhen won the title of "Top 100 Enterprises in Guizhou".

Chanhen achieved a major breakthrough in granulation technology, supplying granular feed-grade MCP to the international market on a large scale. In June, the project of "Development and industrialization of the whole set technology of CH hemi-hydrate wet-process phosphoric acid" passed the appraisal of scientific and technological achievements by China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation, and the overall technology had reached the international advanced level of the same kind.

The completion of private financing has enriched the capital strength and laid the capital foundation for the take-off of the enterprise.

In February the project of "Development and industrialization of the whole set technology of CH hemi-hydrate wet-process phosphoric acid"won the second prize of Guizhou Science and Technology Progress Award. In May, Guizhou Chanhen completed the shareholding system reform; In July, Chanhen Ecological Technology Co., Ltd. was established, opening a new chapter in the new fertilizer industry.
